TERMS OF SERVICE
General information
If you are commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms written below.If the client does not read the terms of service, I will not be held responsible for your misunderstanding of terms. Please Read Thoroughly.Before starting the commission, I will send you a thumbnail for the work and a budget for the drawing. For all artwork, I expect full payment once it has passed the definitive sketch phase.Commissioners can request WiP at any part of the process. You will always receive a preview at the sketch, lineart and base color phase.I reserve the right to refuse a commission. If I am unable to complete your commission you will be informed as soon as possible.

Ordering
To order a commission, you can email me at [email protected], contact me through Twitter or through discord. By emailing me with the intention to commission me, you are confirming you have read, understood, and accepted my full terms of service. I will typically respond within 1–7 days.After I receive a commission request I will:- Sort out any outstanding questions or requests.
- Provide a quote and its breakdown alongside confirmation to move forward.At this point, if you are unable or no longer interested in commissioning me, inform me. If you are interested in a payment plan, this will be your final opportunity to request a payment plan (available only for orders $100 and above).
Once the commission has been confirmed to move forward, I will:- Send an invoice through the preferred method of your choice. This can be through Paypal invoice, stripe or Kofi and Vgen payment.
- Once paid, or alongside an email informing of the sent invoice, I will state how WIPs will work for your particular commission.
Payment
Payment can be done through Paypal or Stripe, always in USD ($). I’ll send a DM or email once the invoice has been sent.
The commissions are refundable. You can e-mail me if you wish to refund. If the commission is already in the lineart stage, you would get a 50% refund. Once the piece has passed the base color phase, refunds are not allowed.For orders $100 or below, payment is required in full before I begin.For orders above 100$, it is allowed to ask for half of the payment before the start of the commission and half once the commission has been finished.Only pay through the invoice sent to you. Invoice will only be sent after price is confirmed through email.If payment is not sent within 1 week of the outgoing invoice, and there has not been any communication from your end, this is meant for the commission to be canceled. You will be informed if this is the case. Should this be repeated on multiple occasions, it may be cause to reject any future commission requests.
Works in progress & Revisions
You will receive WIPS in the stages of thumbnail, clean sketch, lineart and base colors and final piece. You may request for the progress of your commission at any point of the process.You may opt out of seeing WIPs if you prefer, but I must be informed beforehand. If this is the case, allowed revisions are minimal.Once the picture is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing small mistakes) could be done for free.Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. Please ensure the initial description is accurate.
Final Piece
I will send a link to Google Drive with the final high resolution file and a lower resolution file to post online. Vtuber models will be compressed in a .zip file.Vtuber models and backgrounds are valid for commercial use (streaming, videos and advertisement) and you MUST credit me as your model artist/ papa either on Twitter, Twitch or Youtube.If you want to sell merchandise with either one of my illustrations or any original character design you'll have to contact me or state it in your order and we will negotiate a commercial fee.
Permissions & Copyright
Commissioned work is for personal, non-commercial use only. The only exception to this rule are Twitch or Discord related commissions which are limited to the use of their intended purpose.I have full rights over my artwork. While the artwork is a paid commission, it does not grant the commissioner the right to sell the artwork in any form or use it in any way as means for monetary gain. This includes, but is not limited to, physical merchandise of any kind.Commissioner may not edit, trace, recolor, or claim commissioned work as their own for any reason whatsoever.Commissioner may not repost artwork on any site without explicit permission from me first. This excludes sites built for displaying artwork of characters or creating character bios, such as toyhou.se, with the understanding that credit is required. If shared on these sites such as toyhou.se, it must be the version of the commission which shows my watermark or signature.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media.. You have the right to ask me not to do it when asking the commission.If the commissioner wants to have commissioned work as their icon on social media, permission is not required, but credit is expected.Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use part of their commissioned artwork for blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), and future inventions in the space. Use of artwork for any advertising or profits associated with blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, and NFTs are strictly prohibited.Should a commissioner violate anything written here, or any other part of my TOS, it may be cause to not accept future commission requests.
